Beth, So far I have been blessed in the fact that it has been easy so far. I believe that since this effort has a dual purpose, one for raising money for MM awareness and research and the other to get me in shape for a Medical Missions trip to Africa in the Spring, has made it somewhat easier to do this.
I understand that with all the steriods you must be on it has to be extermely difficult to lose. That is something we can join together in prayer over. I have learned that faith can overcome many things. The side effects of medication is something we need to put to our Lord for protection from, to have as little side affect as possible from the things taken to save lives.
Blessings to you and if I don't talk to you before, Merry Chritsmas!

How hard was it? I think I'm the ONLY MM patient who tends to GAIN weight, rather than lose it. I find it so difficult to diet now.
